- Document Completion: Ensure all documents are complete and valid before submission to prevent processing delays.
Applicant Responsibilities
- Accuracy of Information: Provide complete, true documentation. Misrepresentation may lead to visa denial.
- Visa Compliance: Ensure compliance with visa terms and timely departure. Overstay penalties are the applicant’s responsibility.
- Passport Validity: A minimum passport validity of seven (7) months is required at application time.
- Embassy Interviews: MyTrip supports document preparation, but applicants must attend required embassy interviews independently.

- Appeals: In the event of a visa denial, MyTrip can provide guidance on reasons and possible appeals.
- Processing Timeline: Embassies may alter processing timelines based on application volume or unforeseen circumstances.
- Terms Updates: MyTrip reserves the right to amend terms without prior notice.
- Privacy and Security: MyTrip prioritizes the security and confidentiality of your personal data.
Required Documentation by Applicant Type
For Job Holders
- Passport: Valid for 7+ months (include any old passports).
- Photos: Two recent passport-size photos (white background, 35mm x 50mm, matte paper).
- Bank Statements: Last six months’ statements with solvency certificate (minimum balance: BDT 60,000).
- Visiting Card
- NOC: No Objection Certificate from employer.
- Work ID Copy
- Occupation Proof: Relevant certification (BMDC for doctors, BAR Council for advocates).
For Business Owners
- Passport: Valid for 7+ months (include any old passports).
- Photos: Two recent passport-size photos (white background, 35mm x 50mm, matte paper).
- Bank Statements: Last six months’ statements with solvency certificate (minimum balance: BDT 60,000).
- Trade License: Public notarized, English-translated copy.
- Company Memorandum
- Office Pad:Blank official letterhead.
- Financial Health Proof: Recent tax filings or financial statements (optional for certain embassies).
For Students
- Passport: Valid for 7+ months (include any old passports).
- Photos: Two recent passport-size photos (white background, 35mm x 50mm, matte paper).
- Bank Statements:Last six months’ statements with solvency certificate (minimum balance: BDT 60,000).
- Student ID Copy
- Birth Certificate: For minors.
- Parent/Guardian Financials: Bank statement and supporting documents.
- Enrollment Letter:Proof of enrollment in a recognized institution.
For Other Relations

- TIN/e-TIN Certificate: If required by the embassy.
