Overview
Rappelling in Khoiachhora waterfalls can be a once-in-a-lifetime experience. This waterfall has a total of seven major waterfalls (cascades) and some other isolated steps. In this tour, the travelers will get the opportunity of rappelling the biggest waterfall of this stream. Travelers can enjoy a short hike into the falls before they scramble to the top and rappel back down (1 time per person). This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience and Go Zayaan is excited to have brought this adventure to Bangladesh.

Policy
Cancellation
- To cancel any tour, an email has to be sent to tours@gozayaan.com mentioning the tour booking ID and details about the cancellation.
- Travelers are responsible for notifying GoZayaan of any cancellations as soon as possible.
- The email acts as the final application for cancellation. Phone calls to GoZayaan's hotline or contacting any team member directly will not be considered as cancellation requests.
- The time of sending the email will be considered as the time of cancellation.
- In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as acts of God, natural disasters, or mandatory government closures, GoZayaan Limited may offer alternative dates for the tour or a full refund, at GoZayaan's discretion.
- If a tour is cancelled by the tour operator due to unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be entitled to a full refund of the tour fee.
- This policy is subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to the website or booking confirmation voucher/invoice for the most up-to-date information.
- Tours booked for blackout dates, government holidays, and festival periods are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
- This cancellation policy may not be applicable in case of national emergency/ lockdown/ political unrest/ natural disaster etc.
- This policy is applicable to all tour cancellations, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Refund
- 80% of the fees will be refunded if the booking is canceled more than Twenty-One (21) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.
- 50% of the fees will be refunded if the booking is canceled within Fourteen (14) to Twenty-One (21) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.
- 30% of the tour fee will be refunded if the booking is canceled within Seven (7) to Fourteen (14) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.
- Refund will not be provided if the tour is cancelled less than Seven (7) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.
- Convenience fees and insurance fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the paid amount.
- All refunds will be processed within five (5) working days.
Child Policy
- No child below the age of 12 will be allowed to participate in this tour.
- The full amount of money has to be paid for anyone above 12 years of age.

Waterfall rappelling, also known as canyoning, is a thrilling and popular adventure sports. The concept is simple: suit up in a harness and belay your way down a waterfall. In practice, the sport is more exciting, more fun, more everything than you could ever imagine. Waterfall rappelling is an adventure in and of itself but is more of a once in a lifetime activity that a traveler can do to mark off the rappel bucket list when successfully completed.

Consumption of any sort of drugs is strictly prohibited.
Respect nature. Do not create nuisance while you are inside the national park.
Always be respectful of the rules and guidelines of the tourist spots.
Do not litter, use a disposable bag as a portable trash bin.
